FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I check if your free?
Just enquire online and we will get back to you straight away or within the hour. We're here from 10am - 4pm Monday to Friday. If your selection is unavailable, we will offer you our best alternative.
What age is this perfect for?
It works best when most of the children are between 3 and 7. Our entertainers perform over 200 shows a year in preschools so are experienced in relating to this age group and they're also well experienced in performing at 7 year old parties and can handle hecklers! No matter the age our entertainers will put on a thoroughly enjoyable show :)
What time works best?
It can work well to have the entertainer arrive 30 minutes after the party starts to
entertain the kids straight away however it can work really well at anytime.
It's best to have face painting earlier on in the party so the kids can enjoy it throughout the party rather than getting their face painted and then going home haha.
Bouncy Castles are set up before the party begins.
How can I pay?
Once we have checked that your entertainment is available, we will send you a link to pay by credit card, easy as that!
How can I call you guys?
Sorry we don't offer phone support but are available through Live Chat from 10am to 4.00pm on Monday to Friday.
When you book with us you receive the entertainer's mobile number in case you need to call them on the day. If your entertainer happened to be running over 5 minutes late due to traffic they will phone you in advance.
Is it cheaper without the magic books?
The kids will enjoy their books while the entertainer finishes the show and makes the balloons. The balloon part of the show is a little more casual but still highly entertaining. The books are free, thanks to our generous sponsors at Pop’n’Good.
